This commercial project, in collaboration with Pacific Solutions Contracting, required clear communication to accommodate scheduling and design changes. The result is a meticulously crafted, luxurious space that reflects the client’s strategic approach to high-end auto retail.

We were excited to collaborate on these cool brewery locations, meeting tight schedules and design changes with seamless communication. Our team worked closely with designers and suppliers to create striking specialty finishes in key areas, using high-quality, durable paints throughout. These locations are fantastic additions to vibrant neighborhoods, and we’re proud to have contributed to these amazing projects.

We were entrusted with painting, caulking, as well as concrete and carpentry repairs on four side-by-side warehouses for Austeville Properties. With multiple tenants and regular deliveries at the back entrances, effective coordination was essential. Through strategic planning and flexibility, we completed the work with minimal disruption to daily operations. The result was a successful project that exceeded expectations and left both the owner and tenants highly satisfied.

This renewal project was under the supervision of Morrison Hershfield Engineering (now Stantec). The scope involved painting, polyurethane sealants, wood repairs, membrane renewal, and extensive restoration of structural concrete pillars. With significant access challenges posed by busy Hastings Street and a narrow sidewalk, we carefully planned and executed the work with minimal disruption to the area. The project resulted in a high-quality painting and renewal job that will stand the test of time.

Working at this iconic Vancouver music venue was a thrilling experience for our team. Being in the same spaces where countless famous bands and artists have gathered added to the excitement. With a tight timeline, we coordinated closely with all parties to ensure smooth execution. We used high-quality products throughout and introduced an updated colour scheme to breathe new life into this beloved venue.

This project involved completing painting and lime wash finishes in a high-end wellness spa, working within tight time frames and meeting very specific design-team requirements to achieve the desired aesthetic.

This project involved refreshing the interior of a valued client’s home, including a high-end spray finish on all millwork and trim using top-of-the-line products. We completed the update with new wall and ceiling colours to brighten and modernize the entire space.
