Our team worked closely with designers and suppliers to create striking specialty finishes in key areas, using high-quality, durable paints throughout. 3815 First Ave
3815 First Ave, Burnaby
Warehouse, exterior paintingWe were entrusted with painting, caulking, as well as concrete and carpentry repairs on four side-by-side warehouses for Austeville Properties. With multiple tenants and regular deliveries at the back entrances, effective coordination was essential. Through strategic planning and flexibility, we completed the work with minimal disruption to daily operations. The result was a successful project that exceeded expectations and left both the owner and tenants highly satisfied.




Hastings Gate
2265 Hastings St, Vancouver
Low-rise, condo building painting & restorationThis renewal project was under the supervision of Morrison Hershfield Engineering (now Stantec). The scope involved painting, polyurethane sealants, wood repairs, membrane renewal, and extensive restoration of structural concrete pillars. With significant access challenges posed by busy Hastings Street and a narrow sidewalk, we carefully planned and executed the work with minimal disruption to the area. The project resulted in a high-quality painting and renewal job that will stand the test of time.

We used high-quality products throughout and introduced an updated colour scheme to breathe new life into this beloved venue.
