High-rise, painting & restorationIn partnership with Igis Group, we completed a full tower restoration project that included sealant replacement at windows, doors, and reveals, along with concrete, stucco, crack, and trellis repairs at the base of the building. We also provided a complete tower repainting. Our focus on quality and strong communication with residents, engineers, and property managers ensured the project stayed on schedule with minimal disruption to the community.

High-rise, balcony restorationThis balcony renewal project effectively balanced aesthetic improvements with enhanced protection against the elements. Under the guidance of BC Building Science, we fully removed and replaced the slab edge and balcony membrane coatings to prevent water ingress. We also upgraded the building’s exterior by painting the balcony walls, pillars, and soffits. The result was a refreshed space that not only protected the building but also delighted the owners.

Low-rise, strata townhouse complex exterior repaintThis extensive exterior re-painting project for a townhome complex in Langley included repairs to deteriorated wood trim and the replacement of worn window caulking. Managed by Inspec Consulting Services Ltd, the project followed detailed specifications and was regularly inspected for quality. We ensured minimal disruption to residents while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.



Bellevue Tower

High-rise, balcony railings replacement, concrete restoration & paintingThis project presented numerous challenges, including areas of deteriorating concrete that posed safety risks. In partnership with RJC Engineering and the building owner, we were tasked with addressing these issues while modernizing the building’s exterior. We replaced the outdated precast concrete balcony panels with sleek aluminum and glass railings, maximizing the breathtaking ocean and mountain views. To further enhance the building’s appearance, we applied fresh paint and deck coatings. The complexity of the project required specialized rigging, robust site protection, and detailed engineering to ensure safety throughout. Rogers Tower

High-rise, commercial & parkade interior maintenance paintingOver several years and multiple projects, we’ve delivered a variety of services within the tower, including painting of offices and common areas, concrete floor remediation with shot blasting and epoxy coatings, membrane applications in the parkade, line painting, and the installation of electric vehicle ‘green stall’ markings. 4333 Central Blvd, Burnaby
High-rise, painting & restorationUnder the guidance of Drinkwater Engineering, we completed a full high-rise remediation that included sealant replacement at windows, doors, and reveals, concrete repairs, painting of the tower and townhouses, and membrane application to all eyebrows and balcony floors. With numerous balconies involved, we carefully coordinated unit notices to streamline the removal and replacement of balcony items, ensuring minimal disruption to residents while keeping the project on track.




Northgate Village Shopping Center
3433 North Rd, Burnaby
Low-rise, commercial paintingRJC Engineering guided this project, which involved washing all vertical substrates, re-painting stucco and concrete, and refinishing metal awnings, beams, and columns above the escalator. We also replaced the polyurethane caulking at windows and joints. Given the busy pedestrian and vehicular traffic area, we ensured compliance with all Worksafe BC and City of Burnaby permitting requirements. Through careful coordination, we completed the work without disrupting customer access to retailers or public use of the property.


Pinnacle Living False Creek
63 & 89 W. 2nd Ave, Vancouver
High-rise, membrane restorationThese buildings were experiencing water ingress issues. Under the direction of BC Building Science, we completed a comprehensive removal and replacement of the urethane membrane on the building’s eyebrows. We also applied polyurethane caulking and painted various substrates. The result was a beautifully refreshed building with enhanced protection. This property’s long-term Building Manager expressed great satisfaction with our team’s work.



Arc’teryx Flagship Retail Store
2201 W 4th Ave, Vancouver
Low-rise, commercial tenant improvement paintingWe partnered with Pacific Solutions Contracting (PSC) on the tenant improvement of this flagship Arc’teryx location. Our team handled all interior painting, along with exterior painting of the metal awning and window mullions. A standout feature of this project was the custom plastering and lime washing we completed on various interior spaces. With a tight timeline, our team executed these specialty finishes flawlessly. Through strong collaboration with Arc’teryx and PSC, we delivered a unique, finished space that exceeded expectations.


West Broadway Parkade Repairs
1620 W 8th Ave, Vancouver
Low-rise, parkade concrete restorationWe were tasked with repairing structural columns in the parkade of this office building. This project involved collaboration with multiple engineering firms and careful attention to the building owners’ requirements. Under the direction of Glotman Simpson and Metro Testing, and with careful attention to Austeville Properties’ requirements, we repaired structural columns in the parkade of this office building. By adhering to the highest safety standards and precise specifications, we ensured the repairs were completed to the utmost quality. Our team’s close coordination with all parties allowed us to deliver the project efficiently and on schedule.

Four Winds Beach House and Brewery
6350 Market Ave, Delta
Low-rise, commercial tenant improvement paintingThis exciting space, developed in partnership with Pacific Solutions Contracting, is now a vibrant new spot for food and drink in Delta. We worked closely with the brewery owners and general contractor, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative approach. By staying on schedule, within budget, and using high-quality materials, we went above and beyond to help deliver THE new hang out spot, in Delta, for the community to enjoy.
