We completed a full-scale renewal of this Vancouver West-End high-rise for Starlight Investments, including a complete tower repaint of walls, metal windows, and balcony ceilings and railings. The scope included sealant replacement and membrane renewal on the balcony floors. Despite a late start in the season, we successfully completed the project ahead of schedule, well before winter set in. The result? A refreshed building with improved curb appeal and enhanced income potential.
